Ordering Via Fax

Abbe Long jewelry is made to order.  If you’d like to order specific pieces, please print, fill out and fax the Order Form to 619-241-4551 .  Orders are shipped UPS ground (unless priority mail is specified), and will arrive within 2-4 weeks.  All orders are subject to a shipping and handling fee.  Accepted forms of payment include Mastercard, Visa, Discover, money order or personal check.  Orders paid for by personal check will be shipped when after the check has cleared.

Custom Orders/Bridal Jewelry

Designing custom pieces for brides, bridesmaids and special occasions is one of our specialties.  Prices for custom orders are based on the cost of materials plus labor.  If you are interested in ordering custom designs, please e-mail us here.  You will be contacted within 24 hours to discuss your needs in detail.

Returns & Repairs

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may make an exchange within 14 days of receipt of your order.  We cannot accept any returns for a refund or credit.
